With more than 20 years of industry experience, Brennan is a results-oriented, hands-on operations leader who has worked in progressive leadership roles in transportation, distribution, and human resources within the supply chain distribution system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Committed to organizational team building and mentorship, Brennan has significant experience leading change management and transformations to realign day-to-day performance with key results. Throughout her career, she has delivered continuous business results to improve safety, retention, culture and productivity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brennan joins us from C&amp;S Wholesale Grocers where she served as Director of Operations for their largest distribution center averaging 1.4 million cases in outbound per week. Leveraging strategic insight with strong people management, Crystal refocused her team to improve operational metrics. &nbsp;She created a purposeful culture, defining clear goals, and empowering people to succeed. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to her time at C&amp;S, Brennan held leadership roles at Burris Logistics, Martin-Brower, UNFI and DHN Distributors. She also held roles in human resources giving her a thorough understanding of employee relations, benefits, and training programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brennan earned a BA in Business Management with a minor in Journalism from East Texas State University \/ Texas A&amp;M.
